What domestic shipping options are available?

Lucchese offers both ground and expedited shipping. Items are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Ground Shipping

– Shipping Ground will arrive within (7-14) business days by UPS.

Expediting Shipping Options

•UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m., Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday.
*Business days = Monday – Friday, not including weekends or holidays*

What is the estimated time for delivery for domestic shipping options?

– Shipping Ground for PO Box will ship by UPS/Sure Post. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery

– Business days = Monday – Friday, not including weekends or holidays.

– Rural locations may require one or more additional business days for
shipment.

– Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and
Guam averages between (7-14) business days and may require additional days for arrival.

Can I alter or cancel an order after it has been processed?

No. Automated orders which have been successfully processed cannot be altered or cancelled once they have shipped out from our facility: Please follow returns process to send your items back to our facility to be processed for a refund or exchange.

Once orders have been placed and processed, please note we are unable to redirect or make a change to the shipping address of your package. As per the protocols of our own third-party shipper, UPS, we are not able to guarantee that your package will be eligible to be rerouted to a new shipping address nor that it will arrive safely or in a timely manner should this change take place. Should you want to request your package be held at a safe location or explore other options for the retrieval of your shipment, we advise that you contact UPS as soon as possible to make these proper arrangements.

Does Lucchese offer free shipping?

Lucchese is pleased to offer free shipping for domestic orders above $100. There are some items that may ship separately. A $5 flat fee will be applied to leather care items. Regular shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping method under $100 for all other items.

How do I apply the shipping method I want to my order?

Ground shipping is the only shipping method for domestic orders. 

How should I list my address if I live in an apartment or condominium?

An address tip is to add the C/O with the name of the condominium or apartment complex on the second line below your first name with the name of your apartment or condominium.

For example:

Mr. John Smith
C/0, Name of Your Apartment or Condominium Community
Your Address, Street Name and insert your Apt. / Unit #
City, State, Zip 

Does Lucchese ship internationally?

Lucchese can ship some items outside the U.S. There are restrictions enforced by the U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife on shipping certain materials and exotic leathers outside the United States (See CITES declaration below for more details). In addition, each country has its own laws, regulations and restrictions regarding certain leathers and exotics. Obtaining and processing the proper CITES and Declarations fees and taxes can take anywhere from 3 to 120 business days or more, depending on your ship-to location and the product you are purchasing. Please check with your country’s rules and regulations, for other taxes or fees that will apply. Additional charges ranging from $300.00 – $508.00 apply for certain exotics. Please contact Customer Service to obtain information regarding international shipping. 

All international shipment costs, taxes, permits and fees associated with items outgoing or returned for initial purchase, exchange, repair or refund request are the responsibility of the purchasing party and must be paid in full upon shipment. Lucchese Bootmaker is not responsible for any reimbursement of standard or expedited shipping costs, fees, taxes or permits associated with items coming in or out of our facility for services including but not limited to exchanges, repairs or returns.
