What is the Lucchese return policy?

We are extending returns & exchanges –

While our return policy is typically 30 days after delivery for unworn and undamaged items, Any items purchased on Lucchese.com or over the phone with our agents between November 20th, 2024, through December 25th, 2024, will be eligible for an exchange or refund if postmarked in their unworn, undamaged condition before January 31st, 2025.

Lucchese gladly accepts returns of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from Lucchese.com for a refund or exchange within this time frame. If you would like to exchange any purchased items for a different size or color, please follow the return procedures found on our Returns & Exchanges portal, and initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase.
*Please note, items purchased after December 25th, 2024, will be exempt from this extended return policy but will be eligible for an exchange or refund if postmarked in their unworn, undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt.*

Lucchese Return Policy

Lucchese gladly accepts returns of unworn and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase ( Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal for more information) postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund.


Please fill out the returns form found in our Returns & Exchanges portal prior to returning the item to Lucchese.

Please note: Lucchese Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
 
 All international shipment costs, taxes, permits, and fees associated with items outgoing or returned for the initial purchase, exchange, repair, or refund request are the responsibility of the purchasing party and must be paid in full upon shipment. Lucchese Bootmaker is not responsible for any reimbursement of standard or expedited shipping costs, fees, taxes, or permits associated with items coming in or out of our facility for services including but not limited to exchanges, repairs, or returns. Can I return a purchase directly to Lucchese if I purchased from another retailer?

Merchandise purchased at a partner retail location, including independent boutiques and department stores, must be returned to the location where it was purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer. To initiate a return, please contact the original store. Returns from 3rd party websites are prohibited, including Amazon, and eBay. Please contact them directly.

How much does it cost to return my order?

A flat rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if your order is returned to Lucchese. 

How do I reprint my return shipping label?

Using a Lucchese.com account  

To reprint a label previously generated on any mobile device or computer using your Lucchese.com account, you may follow the steps below:

Log in to your Lucchese.com account, and click ‘My Account’Scroll down to the ‘Return History’ tabClick the RMA number associated with the last return label generated on your account.As your item’s summary page loads,  you may click the option ‘Print Return Form & Label’ to print your forms and label.  You may click ‘Email Return form and Label’ if you would like your forms to be emailed for printing at a later time. Please note, this option will send item return forms to the email registered on Lucchese.com only.

Purchased as Guest or received as a Gift

How do I return an item to Lucchese?

Lucchese offers a quick and convenient returns service for our customers residing in the contiguous United States. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam or your item was shipped by USPS, please contact customer service. 

A flat rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if your order is returned to Lucchese. Print return shipping label. Each return shipping label requested will incur the $8 fee, however, multiple items from the same order can be returned using the single shipping label. Please seal the package securely and affix the label provided in the shipment you received to the outside of box so that it covers the existing label. You can drop your package in any UPS drop box or take it to any FedEx store for return shipment. UPS drop box and pick-up locations near you can be found here.

Note:

Return Label must be generated and mint-condition item post marked within 30 days of receipt for items to be eligible for any refunds or returns through Lucchese.com. Items shipped after this time will not be accepted as they have surpassed the dates of our return policyThe return label cannot be used for shipments originating outside the contiguous United States.

Can I return my boots past their 30 day return period?

Unfortunately, Lucchese Bootmaker will not be able to accept any items, regardless of their condition past their 30 day return period, for any refunds or exchanges. Items returned past their return period to Lucchese Bootmaker facilities will not be accepted for inspection and will be returned to original recipient. 

How do I return a purchase at my own expense?

If you do not use the provided return shipping label and would rather ship your items on your own, please send the items back to Lucchese at the address below using any trackable method. Be sure to insert the packing slip that has your name, address, order number and contact information inside the box before shipping. We recommend that you insure the shipment. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with the returns policy.

I am returning an item and would like to know when you will be refunding my credit card.

All packages arriving to Lucchese Bootmaker facilities will be thoroughly inspected by our Returns Department to ensure items are eligible for a refund (Items must be returned within their allotted 30-Day return period and in their original condition). Packages are received Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Should the item or items be approved for refund, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you through email to notify you of your package’s arrival and its credited refund. Refunds are processed and credited to the original credit or debit card used for purchase, and are granted within 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned item.

How do I return a Lucchese gift that was purchased for me?

Lucchese is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact Customer Service for personal assistance to return the item. You will need to provide the purchaser’s first, last name, telephone number, email address or the order number. After the item has been received and approved by the returns department a refund as gift card will then be issued.  

What is your exchange policy?

Lucchese is happy to accept exchanges for items postmarked within 30 days from their date of delivery, in their unworn, undamaged condition. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color/size, please follow the return/exchange procedures found on our Returns & Exchanges portal. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and provide you with your new tracking number.

If you would like to exchange your items for another item of greater or lesser value, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return your package for a refund and place an order for the new item.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time Lucchese receives your return to be processed.
